Founded in 1995, Pastelaria and Confeitaria Rolo has today more than 100 employees distributed by 7 production sites situated in Mafra and Óbidos, two villages of Portugal, and where a wide list of cakes and confectionary products are produced. 

Based on a philosophy focused on the innovation of the fabrication processes and on the use of advanced technological resources, our company is known by its rigor, experience, capacity for developing new products and by the preservation of taste and flavor on traditional recipes.


Quality and diversification of our products, and also the sustained growth strategy with a high sense of competitiveness, are the key pillars of our performance. The very high production capacity, using more than 17,000 sqm, and a own fleet, answering to the market needs and granting the distribution of our products few hours after production.


Pastelaria and Confeitaria Rolo has a strong quality policy, a rigorous HACCP Plan and is certified on IFS (International Food Standard, version 5), at higher level. These quality attributes allows the company to work only with the best quality raw materials to obtain higher levels of quality of the ended products.
